Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-ordered or specially manufactured products
  • Installed or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected]
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package item securely with RMA number visible
  5. Ship to provided return address

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective
  • We recommend insured shipping with tracking
  • GMC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Refunds

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective products)

Inspection

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Items not meeting return criteria may be refused or subject to restocking fee

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

  • We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you
