Return Eligibility
30-Day Return Window
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-ordered or specially manufactured products
- Installed or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization (RMA) number
- Package item securely with RMA number visible
- Ship to provided return address
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective
- We recommend insured shipping with tracking
- GMC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
Refunds
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective products)
Inspection
- Returned items are inspected upon receipt
- Items not meeting return criteria may be refused or subject to restocking fee
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
